Q:You obviously get a lot done within any given day, and yet (from what you share online) you seem to have a pretty decent work/life balance. What's your secret (or three top tips for someone trying to do the same)?
1) Know when you need to rest, when you need to work, and when you need to socialize. Don’t waste time in one state when your brain or body needs to be in another.
2) Find out what kinds of rest work best for you. TV, video games, etc, might not be as effective as they seem. Walking, or writing in my journal, are the ones that work best for me.
3) Know what you want to do and why you want to do it. Then get ready to have every fear in the book surface from your subconscious. Face them!
